摘要
采用光学显微镜、ZEISS MA10扫描电镜及Oxford能谱仪研究了Ce对不同铁含量A356合金组织的影响.结果表明:在不同铁含量的A356铝合金中,未加入稀土Ce时,其共晶Si呈现为粗大的板条状;在添加0.2%Ce后,合金中的共晶体中的Si得到了明显细化,呈网状分布,Fe相由粗大针状转变为短棒状,其组织形貌得到改善.
Optical microscope,ZEISS MA10 scanning electron microscope and Oxford EDS are used to study the effect of Ce on the microstructure of A356 alloy with different iron content.The results show that the eutectic Si is coarse and lath-shaped when the Ce is not added.As 0.2wt%Ce is added,the eutectic Si in the A356 alloy is greatly refined and distributed in a network shape.The Fe phase has changed from a thick needle shape to a short rod shape,and the microstructure of A356 alloy is improved.
