两系不育系Y58S的异交性状相关及通径分析

Correlation and Path Analysis of Outcrossing Traits of Two-line Male Sterile Line Y58S

对籼型光温敏两系不育系Y58S的农艺性状、开花习性及异交结实等进行相关、多元逐步回归和通径分析。结果表明,Y58S是一个综合性状优良的两系不育系,午前花占74.07%,开花集中,在11:00左右达开花高峰;柱头活力下降线性方程为y=-6.9707 x+57.943。柱头外露率和开颖时长是影响异交结实率的重要因素,相关系数分别达0.40和0.37。异交结实率与单边外露率(X_(1))、双边外露率(X_(2))、总外露率(X_(3))、柱头长(X_(4))、柱头宽(X_(5))、柱头面积(X_(6))、柱头体积(X_(7))、开颖角度(X_(8))、开颖时长(X_(9))的多元线性回归方程为Y=1.8736+0.4666X_(1)+0.7187X_(2)+0.7354X_(3)+0.2462X_(4)+0.7398X_(5)+0.7120X_(6)+0.2916X_(7)+0.0276X_(8)+0.9438X_(9)。决定系数R 2=0.8847,调整相关系数R’=0.6047。对异交结实率贡献率由高到低依次是双边外露率(17.28%)、柱头总外露率(16.84%)、开颖时长(13.22%)、单边外露率(10.92%)、开颖角度(10.66%)、柱头面积(10.28%)、柱头体积(5.52%)、柱头长度(3.62%)、柱头宽度(2.62%)。

Correlation,multiple stepwise regression and path analysis were carried out on the agronomic traits,flowering habits and outcrossing fruiting of indica photothermal-sensitive two-line male sterile line Y58S.The results showed that Y58S was a two-line male sterile line with excellent comprehensive character.The flowers before noon accounted for 74.07%,and the flowering was concentrated.It reached the flowering peak around 11:00.The linear equation of stigma vigor decline was y=-6.9707 x+57.943.The exposure rate of stigma and glume opening time were the important factors affecting the seed setting rate of outcrossing,and the correlation coefficients were 0.40 and 0.37,respectively.The multiple linear regression equation of outcrossing seed setting rate and unilateral exsertion rate(X_(1)),bilateral exsertion rate(X_(2)),total exsertion rate(X_(3)),stigma length(X_(4)),stigma width(X_(5)),stigma area(X_(6)),stigma volume(X_(7)),glumming angle(X_(8))and glumming length(X 9)was as follows:Y=1.8736+0.4666X_(1)+0.7187X_(2)+0.7354X_(3)+0.2462X_(4)+0.7398X_(5)+0.7120 X_(6)+0.2916X7+0.0276X_(8)+0.9438 X_(9).The determination coefficient R 2=0.8847,and the adjusted correlation coefficient R′=0.6047.The contribution rate of outcrossing seed setting was bilateral stigma exposure(17.28%)>total exposure rate(16.84%)>glume opening time(13.22%)>unilateral exposure rate(10.92%)>glume opening angle(10.66%)>stigma area(10.28%)>stigma volume(5.52%)>stigma length(3.62%)>stigma width(2.62%).
