山东地区软枣猕猴桃野生分布状态及特点分析

Analysis on Wild Distribution and Characteristics of Actinidia arguta in Shandong

通过资源本底调查,对山东地区野生软枣猕猴桃的资源分布状况及特点进行分析,对于开展该树种野生基因资源保护及改善濒危状态具有指导意义,并能够为该树种的濒危机制研究、种群结构改善及种群重建提供参考。对调查取得的7组29处野生种群样本的分布方式、垂直分布、生境条件、伴生植物以及人为活动影响等因子进行分析,总结山东半岛及内陆地区资源分布特点。针对因人为活动影响的增加,导致软枣猕猴桃野生基因资源受威胁程度加剧的现状,提出了原地保护、异地保存、改善种群结构组成及重建种群的建议。

The resource distribution and characteristics of wild jujube kiwifruit in Shandong area were analyzed through resource background investigation, which is of guiding significance for protecting wild gene resources and improving endangered state.It can also provide reference for the study of endangered mechanism, improvement of population structure and population reconstruction of this tree species.In this paper, the distribution patterns, vertical distribution, habitat, associated plants and human activities of 29 wild population samples in 7 groups were analyzed, and the characteristics of resource distribution in Shandong Peninsula and inland areas were summarized.In view of the increasing threat degree of wild gene resources of Actinidia chinensis due to the increase of human activities, some suggestions were put forward to protect in situ, preserve in different places, improve the composition of population structure and rebuild the population.
