摘要
[目的]研究不同外界因素对青海野生五脉绿绒蒿种子发芽的影响。[方法]用低温和不同激素对青海野生五脉绿绒蒿种子进行处理,测定其发芽率、发芽势。[结果]五脉绿绒蒿种子必须经过一定的低温处理才能发芽,低温处理90 d的种子,发芽率和发芽势为最高,分别是25.28%和23.00%;低温处理120 d的五脉绿绒蒿种子,再用IAA、GA_(3)、6-BA处理,均能提高发芽率和发芽势,IAA、GA_(3)和6-BA的最适处理浓度分别为100、200、20 mg/L,种子的发芽率分别是53.03%、85.61%和38.09%。[结论]低温处理能促进青海野生五脉绿绒蒿种子的发育,3种生长激素均可促进青海五脉绿绒蒿的种子发芽。
[Objective]To study the effects of different external factors on seed germination of wild Meconopsis quintuplinervia in Qinghai.[Method]The seeds of Meconopsis quintuplinervia were treated with low temperature and different hormones,and their germination rate and germination potential were determined.[Result]The Meconopsis quintuplinervia seeds treated with low temperature for 90 d could germinate,and the highest germination rate and germination potential were 25.28%,23.00%,respectively.The 120-day low temperature treatment of Meconopsis quintuplinervia seeds,and then treatment with IAA,GA_(3),and 6-BA could improve the germination rate and germination potential.The optimum treatment concentrations of IAA,GA_(3) and 6-BA were 100,200,and 20 mg/L,respectively,the germination rates of seeds were 53.03%,85.61%and 38.09%,respectively.[Conclusion]Low temperature treatment can promote the development of wild Meconopsis quintuplinervia seeds in Qinghai,and three growth hormones(IAA,GA_(3),6-BA)can promote the seed germination of Meconopsis quintuplinervia.
