天津市农村产业融合发展现状及对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Rural Industrial Integration in Tianjin

对天津市农村产业融合进行实地调研,从模式现状、主体现状等方面对天津市农村产业融合现状进行分析,结合天津市农村产业融合发展的典型案例,研究天津市目前农村产业融合发展所存在的问题,从培育壮大新型农业经营主体、完善农业产业链、增强技术提升的内在动力、加强农业经营主体与农户之间的利益联结机制等方面提出促进天津市农村产业融合水平的对策。

This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of rural industrial integration in Tianjin from the aspects of mode status,subject status and policy status.Combined with the typical cases of rural industrial integration development in Tianjin,this paper studies the problems existing in the current rural industrial integration development in Tianjin,puts forward countermeasures from cultivating and expanding new agricultural business entities,perfecting agricultural industrial chain and enhancing the internal driving force of technological upgrading,strengthening the interest connection mechanism between agricultural operators and farmers,to promote the level of rural industrial integration in Tianjin.
