科研育人是应用型人才培养的一个重要环节,是地方应用型高校提升人才培养质量的重要路径之一。以地方应用型农业高校科研育人的实现路径研究为目标,分析在当前形势下高校在科研育人方面存在的问题,探索使地方应用型农业高校充分发挥专业特色、将科研优势转化为育人优势的科研育人的有效实现路径。

Scientific research and education is an important link in the training of applied talents,and it is also an important path to improve the quality of talent training in local applied universities.Aiming at the research on the realization path of scientific research and education in local applied agricultural colleges and universities,this paper analyzed the existing problems in scientific research and education in colleges and universities at present,and explored the effective realization path of scientific research and education that enabled local applied agricultural colleges and universities to give full play to their professional characteristics and transform their scientific research advantages into educational advantages.
