摘要
如何挖掘课程思政元素并融入课程教学,实现“三全育人”,是高校专业课程教育亟待解决的重要问题。食品营养学课程本身蕴含丰富、鲜明的思政元素,具有课程思政建设的良好基础。首先,根据食品营养学课程的内容,确立了该课程的思政目标;然后,围绕课程思政目标,对食品营养学课程思政元素进行了挖掘和梳理;最后,对思政元素在课程中的融入路径进行了探究,以期为高校其他专业课程思政元素的挖掘和融入路径提供参考。
How to excavate the ideological and political elements of the curriculum and integrate it into the curriculum teaching,realize the ed⁃ucation of the whole process,realize“three⁃all education”,is a major issue that must be solved in the professional course education of colleges and universities.Food nutriology course contains rich and distinctive ideological and political elements,and it has a good foundation for the ideo⁃logical and political construction of the course.According to the contents of food nutriology course,the ideological and political goals of the course were firstly established.Focusing on the ideological and political goals of the course,the ideological and political elements of food nutriol⁃ogy course were excavated and sorted out.Finally,the integration paths of ideological and political elements in the course were explored,so as to provide references for the excavation and integration paths of ideological and political elements in other professional courses in colleges and uni⁃versities.
