前列腺癌手术患者术后希望水平与社会支持、焦虑抑郁情绪的关系分析

Relationship between hope level and social support,anxiety,depression in patients after prostate cancer surgery

目的 分析前列腺癌手术患者术后希望水平与社会支持、焦虑抑郁情绪的关系。方法 选取2021年6月至10月丽水市中心医院收治的120例前列腺癌手术患者作为研究对象。采用Herth希望量表(HHI)、社会支持评定量表、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)调查其术后希望水平、社会支持度、焦虑抑郁情绪,依据HHI评分,分为高水平组、中等水平组、低水平组,分析希望水平与社会支持、焦虑抑郁情绪的相关性。结果 120例前列腺癌患者中,术后中等希望水平患者占比(51.67%)较高,HHI评分为(28.48±4.23)分;高水平组主观支持、客观支持、对支持利用度及量表总分均明显高于中等水平组和低水平组,且中等水平组明显高于低水平组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高水平组HAMA评分与HAMD评分明显低于中等水平组和低水平组,且中等水平组明显低于低水平组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者HHI评分与主观支持、客观支持、对支持利用度评分呈正相关(P<0.05),与HAMA评分、HAMD评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 前列腺癌手术患者术后希望水平与社会支持度、焦虑抑郁情绪密切相关,社会支持度越高,焦虑抑郁情绪越轻,希望水平越高。

Objective To analyze the relationship between hope level and social support,anxiety,depression in patients after prostate cancer surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing prostate cancer surgery in Lishui Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.The postoperative hope level,social support,anxiety and depression were investigated by herth hope index(HHI),social support rating scale,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD).According to HHI scores,they were divided into high-level group,moderate-level group and low-level group.And the correlation analysis was conducted.Results Among 120 patients with prostate cancer,the proportion of patients with moderate hope level was higher(51.67%),and HHI score was(28.48±4.23) points.The scores of subjective support,objective support and support utilization,and total score were the highest in high-level group,followed by moderate-level group and low-level group(P<0.05),and the moderate-level group was significantly higher than the low-level group(P<0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD were the highest in low-level group,followed by moderate-level group and high-level group(P<0.05),and the moderate-level group was significantly lower than the low-level group(P<0.05).HHI score was positively correlated with scores of subjective support,objective support and support utilization(P<0.05),while negatively correlated with scores of HAMA and HAMD(P<0.05).Conclusions The hope level is closely related to social support,anxiety and depression in patients after prostate cancer surgery.The higher the social support and the milder the anxiety and depression,the higher the hope level.
