血浆心肌营养素-1对多囊卵巢综合征患者代谢综合征的诊断价值及相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨血浆心肌营养素-1(CT-1)水平对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者代谢综合征(MetS)的诊断价值以及与PCOS患者发生MetS的相关性。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年6月淮安市妇幼保健院收治的120例PCOS患者作为研究对象,其中38例合并MetS的患者纳入PCOS合并MetS组(n=38),82例未合并MetS的患者纳入PCOS未合并MetS组(n=82)。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血浆CT-1水平对PCOS患者MetS的诊断价值;采用Pearson′s法分析PCOS合并MetS患者血浆CT-1水平与基线资料的相关性;采用Logistic回归分析影响PCOS患者MetS发生的危险因素。结果 PCOS合并MetS组患者血浆CT-1水平为(8.29±1.55)ng/L,高于PCOS未合并MetS组的(6.33±1.34)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示,血浆CT-1水平为6.95ng/L时对诊断PCOS患者合并MetS有一定价值。PCOS合并MetS患者血浆CT-1水平与舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇、改良Ferriman-Gallwey(mFG)评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,血浆CT-1高表达为PCOS患者发生MetS的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 血浆CT-1可作为PCOS患者合并MetS的诊断标志物,血浆CT-1高表达的PCOS患者易发生MetS。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of plasma cardiotrophin-1(CT-1) level in metabolic syndrome(MetS) in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and the correlation with MetS in patients with PCOS.Methods A total of 120 patients with PCOS admitted to Huai′an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,including 38 patients with MetS(PCOS with MetS group,n=38) and 82 patients without MetS(PCOS without MetS group,n=82).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of plasma CT-1 level in MetS in PCOS patients.Pearson′s method was used to analyze the correlation between plasma CT-1 level and baseline data in PCOS patients with MetS.Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of MetS in PCOS patients.Results The plasma CT-1 level of PCOS with MetS group was(8.29±1.55) ng/L,which was higher than that of PCOS without MetS group(6.33±1.34) ng/L(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the plasma CT-1 level of 6.95 ng/L had a certain value in the diagnosis of PCOS patients with MetS.Plasma CT-1 level was positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure(DBP),total cholesterol and modified Ferriman-Gallwey(mFG) score in PCOS patients with MetS(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high expression of plasma CT-1 was a risk factor for MetS in PCOS patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Plasma CT-1 can be used as a diagnostic marker of MetS in patients with PCOS,and MetS is easy to occur in PCOS patients with high expression of plasma CT-1.
