卞廷松教授基于“化气成形”理论治疗少弱精子症证治机要探讨

Discussion on the treatment mechanism of oligoathenospermia syndrome by Professor Bian Tingsong based on the theory of "Yang qi,Yin formation"

近年来,我国不孕不育发病率逐年上升,其中少弱精子症已经成为男性不育症的重要原因。目前,西医对该病的病因阐述不明,缺乏有效治疗手段。中医治疗该病具有理论和临床疗效的独特优势。本文从《黄帝内经》中“阳化气,阴成形”理论出发,结合卞廷松教授多年男科临床治学经验,探讨少弱精子症的证治机要。卞廷松教授认为精液可分阴阳,精虫为阴中之阳,精浆为阴中之阴。“脾肾两虚,机体阴阳失衡”是少弱精子症的主要病机,其中元阳亏虚“阳化气”不足为始动因素。治疗秉承“惟恬淡之味,乃能补精耳”及“辛甘化阳”之理,采取“温肾益精”之法平调阴阳,恢复机体原有“阴平阳秘”的状态,从而提升精子浓度和活力。

In recent years,the incidence rate of infertility in China has increased year by year,and oligoathenospermia has become an important cause of male infertility.At present,the etiology of the disease is unclear in western medicine,and there is no effective treatment.TCM treatment of this disease has unique advantages in theory and clinical efficacy.Based on the theory of "Yang transforming Qi and Yin shaping" in The Inner Canon of Huangdi,and combined with Professor Bian Tingsong′s many years of clinical experience in andrology,this paper discusses the key points of the treatment of oligoathenospermia.Professor Bian Tingsong believes that semen can be divided into Yin and Yang,spermatozoa is the Yang of Yin,and seminal plasma is the Yin of Yin."Deficiency of spleen and kidney,imbalance of body Yin and Yang" is the main pathogenesis of oligoathenospermia,of which the deficiency of Yuan Yang and the deficiency of Yang to Qi are the initiating factors.The treatment adheres to the principles of "only mild taste can replenish the essence ear" and "sweet and sweet Yang",adopts the method of "warming the kidney and benefiting the essence" to regulate Yin and Yang,restores the original state of "Yin and Yang secret",and thus improves the sperm concentration and vitality.
