当代青年男同性恋者性身份认同发展特征

Characteristics of sexual identity development among contemporary adolescent male gay in China

目的 描述当代青年男同性恋身份认同发展特征。方法 采用人口社会学特征问卷、性身份认同特征问卷、同性恋身份认同量表,通过电子问卷方式,在同性恋微信群与交友软件中开展调查。结果 共收集有效问卷651份。显示青年男性同性恋身份认同发展中,各关键事件(感知同性吸引、确认同性恋身份、首次同性恋爱、首次同性性行为、首次出柜)发生的平均年龄在14~19岁。同性恋身份认同各维度中,自我接纳[(3.98±1.01)分]和情感关系发展信念[(4.42±0.79)分]得分最高(1~5分),获得父母接纳[(2.65±1.88)分]得分最低。网络是首次同性性行为与恋爱结识对方的最主要途径。结论 14~19岁是性身份认同干预的关键时期;干预内容应以认同各维度达到积极状态为目标,其中以自我接纳为基础,视情感关系为重点,而家庭接纳是难点;当代同性恋身份认同发展,网络影响不容忽视,应注重青少年期建立正确的网络使用策略。

Objective To describe the characteristics of sexual identity development among contemporary adolescent male gay.Methods Sociodemographic characteristics questionnaires,gay identity development characteristics questionnaires,and gay identity development scale were used.Data was collected in gay WeChat groups and a gay-dating app.Results A total of 651 valid questionnaires were collected.The average age of the key events in the development of young male homosexual identity(perceived homosexual attraction,confirmation of homosexual identity,first homosexual love,first homosexual sex,first coming out) was 14-19 years old.Among the dimensions of homosexual identity,self-acceptance [(3.98±1.01) points] and belief in relationship development [(4.42±0.79) points] had the highest scores(1-5 points),while parental acceptance [(2.65±1.88) points] had the lowest scores.The internet is the main approach for sexual and romantic relationship.Conclusions The critical period for sexual identity education is between 14 and 19 years.The intervention content should aim at achieving positive status in all dimensions of identity,which is based on self-acceptance and focuses on emotional relationship,while family acceptance is the difficulty.With the development of contemporary homosexual identity,the influence of the Internet cannot be ignored,and attention should be paid to the establishment of correct internet use strategies in adolescence.
