中医药英文期刊重在处理好国际规范与本土特色——以《数字中医药》(英文)创刊实践为例

TCM English Journals’ Focus on Dealing with International Norms and Local Characteristics——A Case Study of the Founding Practice of Digital Chinese Medicine

中医药英文期刊的创办应力求遵循国际惯例,同时立足本土,守正创新,突出特色定位。文章以《数字中医药》(英文)为例,指出在期刊运营模式、开放政策、学术规范、医学期刊伦理、国际推广等方面应遵循国际出版规范与惯例,提出创办中医药英文期刊重在处理好国际规范与本土特色,突破传统医学的限制,遵循科技期刊国际发展规律,为中医药英文期刊加快国际化进程提供参考。

The establishment of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) English journals should follow the international practice based on the localization, stick to the integrity and innovation, and highlight the characteristic positioning. Taking Digital Chinese Medicine(DCM) as an example, this paper points out that it is necessary to follow international publishing norms and practices in journal operation, open policy, academic norms, medical journal ethics, and international promotion. It is proposed that TCM English journals should deal with international norms and local characteristics, break through the limitations of traditional medicine, and follow the international development rules of sci-tech journals, so as to provide a reference for accelerating the internationalization process of TCM English journals.
