摘要 通过建立健全编辑教育培训体系,提高学术期刊编辑的能力和素质,发挥学术期刊编辑的引导职能。文章基于学术期刊编辑的工作职能和工作过程,阐述引导职能是学术期刊编辑工作的核心职能,分析当前学术期刊编辑教育培训存在的主要问题:编辑主体地位体现不够充分、培训内容结构不够合理、教育培训效果考核和评估机制不完善、编辑参与教育培训的内生驱动力不强等,并进一步提出学术期刊编辑教育培训优化策略:建立健全学术期刊编辑教育培训体系,同步推进学者型编辑建设与编辑教育培训,构建多层次多元化的学术期刊编辑教育培训模式,探索学术期刊编辑培训教育和编辑出版活动融合机制,增强学术期刊编辑自我提升的内生驱动力。 Through the establishment of a sound editing education and training system,this paper tries to improve the ability and quality of academic journal editors and enable academic journal editors to play a guiding role.Based on the work functions and processes of academic journal editors,this paper expounds that the guiding function is the core function of academic journal editors,analyzes the main problems existing in the education and training of academic journal editors:the main position of editors is not fully reflected,the structure of training contents is not reasonable,the assessment and evaluation mechanism of education and training effects is not perfect,and the endogenous driving force of editors’participation in education and training is not strong,and further puts forward the optimization strategies of the education and training of academic journal editors:establish and improve the education and training system of academic journal editors,simultaneously promote the construction of scholar editors and education and training of editors,construct a multi-level and diversified education and training model for academic journal editors,explore the integration mechanism of academic journal editor training education and editing and publishing activities,and enhance the endogenous driving force of academic journal editors’selfimprovement.
