摘要 同江黑龙江铁路特大桥是中俄两国首座横跨黑龙江的过境桥梁,根据前期工作安排,大桥主桥的大跨度简支钢桁梁上采用新型板式无砟轨道结构,直接在钢桁梁上铺设板式无砟轨道在我国是一次全新尝试。从套轨线路板式无砟轨道结构及接口设计、轨道结构各部件关键技术参数确定、板下调整层材料、室内组装试验验证以及轨道板制造等方面进行详细说明。套轨线路板式无砟轨道的成功铺设,满足了同江黑龙江铁路特大桥工程项目的建设需求,同时也为我国钢桁梁桥轨道结构的采用形式提供了一种全新解决方案。 Tongjiang Heilongjiang Railway Bridge is the first cross-river railway bridge between China and Russia.According to the preliminary work arrangement,the new slab ballastless track is laid on the long-span simply-supported steel truss girder of the main bridge.The slab ballastless track is directly laid on the steel truss girder,which is a new attempt in China.This paper elaborates on the structure and interface design of mixgauge slab ballastless track,key technical parameters of each component of track,materials of adjustment layer under slab,indoor assembly test verification and track slab manufacturing.The laying of mix-gauge slab ballastless tracks meets the construction needs of Tongjiang Heilongjiang Railway Bridge Project,and also provides a new solution for the application of tracks on the steel truss girder bridges in China.
