摘要
本文首次采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)对沉香进行精油提取,同时采用气质联用(GC-MS)技术,比较化学结香和火烫法结香方法对沉香精油成分及其相对含量变化的影响。从沉香样品中共鉴定出32个化合物(结果从两批样品中分别检测到65、79个色谱峰。鉴定出32种成分,其中共有成分22种),两种样品化学成分构成略有差异,但都由芳香族类和倍半萜类为主,且均含有沉香特征性有效成分苄基丙酮、沉香螺旋醇。火烫法结香的沉香精油中苄基丙酮、沉香螺旋醇、芳香族类和倍半萜类化合物的相对总含量均高于化学结香。结果显示,使用同时蒸馏萃取法提取沉香精油,火烫法的比化学结香的质量好。
In this paper,the essential oils of agarwood were extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction(SDE)for the first time.The influence of chemical and fire drilling method on the composition and relative content of essential oils of agarwood was compared by GC-MS.A total of 32 compounds were identified from the samples of aloes(results 65 and 79 chromatographic peaks were detected from the two batches of samples respectively.32 components were identified,includ⁃ing 22 components).The chemical components of the two samples were slightly different,but they were mainly aromatic and sesquiterpenoids,and both contained the characteristic effective components of aloes,benzylacetone and aloe spiranol.The relative total content of benzyl acetone,incense Spirol,aromatic and sesquiterpenes in the essential oil of burning incense sticks was higher than that of chemical joss sticks.The results showed that using the simultaneous distillation and extraction method to extract the essential oil of aloes,the quality of burning method is better than that of chemical bond.
