摘要
水质氨氮的测定在采用预蒸馏法进行前处理时,氨氮蒸馏馏出液pH不同,氨氮测定值会出现很大偏差。本文主要探讨氨氮蒸馏馏出液pH不同对氨氮测定值的影响,结果表明,将蒸馏馏出液pH调成9.25-10.50为合理范围,10.00为最佳pH值,且当蒸馏馏出液pH在9.25-10.50范围时,可直接使用纯水体系下配置的氨氮标准工作曲线进行结果计算。
The pre distillation method was used for pretreatment in termination of ammonia nitrogen in water quality.Great deviation had been occurred in the different pH of ammonia nitrogen distillation absorption solution.The influence of differ⁃ent pH of ammonia nitrogen distillation absorption solution on the measured value of ammonia nitrogen was discussed in this paper.The results show that adjusting the pH of distillation absorption solution to 9.25-10.50 was a reasonable range,and 10.00 was the best pH value.When the pH of distillation absorption solution was in the range of 9.25-10.50,the results could be calculated directly by using the ammonia nitrogen standard working curve configured under pure water system.
