辉光放电质谱法-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定稀土回收料中15种稀土元素含量

Determination of 15 Rare Earth Elements in Rare Earth Recovery Material by GD-MS and ICP-MS

利用辉光放电质谱法(GD-MS)快速半定量分析稀土回收料中元素组成,确定样品前处理方法,溶解样品。电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定样品中15种稀土元素。结果显示:15种稀土元素测定值的精密度小于5.0%。通过回收率试验,回收率在95%~105%之间。测试结果与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对比,两种方法所得结果基本一致。

GD-MS was used to quickly and semi quantitatively analyze the element composition in Rare Earth Recovery Ma⁃terials,determine the sample pretreatment method and dissolve the samples.15 Rare Earth Elements in samples were deter⁃mined by ICP-MS.The results show that the RSD of 15 Rare Earth Elements is less than 5.0%.The recovery test shows that the recovery was between 95%~105%.The test results were basically consistent with those obtained by ICP-OES.
