摘要
选用国家有证纯度标准物质为原料,高纯水为溶剂,采用重量-重量法定值、离子色谱法进行量值验证及重复性考察,制备了1000mg/L氯溶液标准物质。建立了重量法定值的数学模型,考虑了氯溶液的定值过程、溶液均匀性及稳定性引起的不确定度,全面系统地分析了氯溶液标准物质的不确定度,取95%的置信概率,结果为:1000mg/L,Urel=0.2%(k=2)。
The reference material of 1000 mg/L chlorine solution was prepared by weight-weight method,using certified ref⁃erence material as raw material and high purity water as solvent.The mathematical model of the weight method is estab⁃lished.The uncertainty components caused by the value characterization process,uniformity and stability were considered.The uncertainty was fully and systematically analyzed.The result is 1000 mg/L,Urel=0.2%(k=2),with a 95%confidence probability.
