摘要
研究了常规炼钢连铸与CSP流程生产的无取向硅钢50W470成品磁性能及显微组织的差异。结果表明,成品铁损相同的情况下,经过消除应力退火,常规炼钢连铸的铁损相比CSP流程有更大幅度的改善,其原因在于CSP流程的成品板中大量弥散分布的Cu_(x)S、AlN、MnS、Ti(CN)及其复合物相比常规炼钢连铸成品中少量的Cu_(x)S析出物更细小更密集,抑制了晶粒生长。两个工艺流程的成品均表现出很强的以{111}γ纤维织构为主的织构特征,α纤维织构及{100}立方织构较弱。经过消除应力退火,二者织构变化类似,有利织构组分微弱增强,磁感微弱提升。
This paper studied the difference of magnetic properties and microstructure of non-oriented silicon steel 50 W470 finished products produced by conventional steelmaking continuous casting and CSP process.The results showed that the iron loss of conventional steelmaking continuous casting was significantly reduced after stress relief annealing compared with CSP process when the finished iron loss was the same.The reason is that a large number of dispersed CuxS,AlN,MnS,Ti(CN) and their complexes in the finished plate of CSP process are smaller and more dense than a small amount of CuxS precipitates in the finished product of conventional steelmaking and continuous casting,which inhibits grain growth.The finished products of the two processes showed strong {111}γ fiber texture,while α fiber texture and {100} cubic texture were weak.After stress relief annealing,the texture changes of the two materials are similar,the favorable texture component is slightly enhanced,and the magnetic induction is slightly enhanced.
