新时代高职学生职业核心能力评价体系研究

Research on Evaluation System of Vocational Core Competence of Higher Vocational Students in the New Era

文章论述了国外职业核心能力研究成果和实践经验,以及我国二十多年来职业核心能力研究和实践取得的成绩和存在的主要问题。在此基础上构建了职业核心能力开发框架,并就如何建立和完善我国新时代高职学生职业核心能力评价体系提出了建议和对策。

This paper discusses the research results and practical experience of foreign vocational core competencies,as well as the achievements and main problems in the research and practice of vocational core competencies in my country for more than 20 years.On this basis,a framework for the development of vocational core competencies is constructed,and suggestions and countermeasures are put forward on how to establish and improve the evaluation system of vocational core competencies for higher vocational students in my country in the new era.
