Innovation and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in Engineering Training Course in Military Universities

工程训练作为军事院校中重要的公共实践类课程,在培养学生的动手能力、创新精神方面有非常重要的作用,开展课程思政改革也是非常有必要的。针对当前军事院校工程训练教学内容未能与思政点有机融合、在教学过程中实施不足、指导教师思政意识不强等问题,深入挖掘工程训练课程思政元素,将思政元素与教学内容有机结合,提高指导教师思政水平,在整个教学过程中贯穿思政教育,取得了较好的“立德树人”教学效果。

As an important public practice course in military academies,Engineering training plays important role in cultivating operational ability and spirit of innovation of students,it’s also very essential in exploring ideological and political education in engineering training course.In view of the deficiencies such as the teaching content of engineering training in the current military academies has not been organically integrated and implemented with ideological and political points,and the instructors’ ideological and political awareness is not strong.We dig deep into the ideological and political elements of engineering training courses,combine ideological and political elements with teaching content,improve the ideological and political level of instructors,and run ideological and political education throughout the entire teaching process,and have achieved a good teaching effect on cultivating people with morality".
