摘要
目的 评估高度近视青少年配戴角膜塑形镜联合框架眼镜后的视觉质量。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年6月在濮阳市眼科医院初次配戴角膜塑形镜的青少年高度近视患者27例(54眼),年龄11-17岁,近视-6.00~-8.00 D,通过夜间配戴角膜塑形镜联合白天配戴框架眼镜矫治近视,记录戴镜前和戴镜后3mon裸眼视力、立体视锐度、视觉相关生活质量的变化。结果 配戴角膜塑形镜前患者的裸眼视力为0.06±0.03,戴镜3个月后为0.47±0.14 (t=23.869,P<0.001)。配戴角膜塑形镜前立体视锐度为(82.56±41.92)弧秒,戴镜3个月后为(63.37±18.89)弧秒(t=-3.228,P=0.003)。参与调查的患者11个维度中总体健康(GH)、总体视力(GV)、远视力活动(DA)、精神健康(MH) 4个维度明显改善,总体视觉相关生活质量均优于戴镜前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 角膜塑形镜联合框架眼镜可以明显改善高度近视青少年的裸眼视力、立体视锐度及视觉相关生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the visual quality of high myopia adolescents who wear orthokeratology and spectacles Methods Choose between January 2018 and June 2019 in puyang city eye hospital for the first time wearing orthokeratology lens in 27 patients with high myopia(54 eyes),age 11 to 17,myopia 6.00~8.00 D,through the night wearing orthokeratology lens combined wear single-vision spectacles during the day,record before and after the operation 3 month visual acuity,stereo acuity,visual changes in the related quality of life.Results The visual acuity was 0.06±0.03 before and 0.47±0.14 after 3 months(t=23.869,P <0.001).The stereo acuity was(82.56±41.92) arc seconds before and(63.37±18.89) arc seconds after lens wearing,the difference was statistically significant(t=-3.228,P=0.003).Among the 11 dimensions of the patients involved in the survey,the four dimensions of general health(GH),general vision(GV),distance activities(DA) and mental health(MH) were significantly improved,while the Ocular Pain(OP) dimension was decreased compared with that before wearing the lens,and the overall visual quality of life was better than that before wearing the lens,with statistically significant differences(P <0.05).Conclusion Orthokeratology and spectacles can significantly improve the visual acuity,stereo acuity and vision-related quality of life of teenagers with high myopia.
