摘要
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一种共价闭合的新型长链非编码RNA。高通量测序发现有大量circRNA在哺乳动物生殖系统中表达,但其在哺乳动物生殖发育中的功能研究尚处于起步阶段。本文对circRNA的生物学特征、形成机制、分子作用以及在配子(精子和卵子)发生、胚胎早期发育和干细胞等生物学过程中的功能进行综述,以期为深入探究circRNA调控哺乳动物生殖发育的机制奠定理论基础。
Circular RNA(circRNA)is a class of novel covalently closed long noncoding RNA.High-throughput sequencing has shown that a large number of circRNAs are expressed in the mammalian reproductive system,but their function studies in mammalian reproduction and development are still at an initial stage.The present study will discuss the biogenesis,properties and biological functions of circRNA.We will also focus on the advancement of circRNA regarding gametogenesis,early embryonic development and stem cells.In order to lay a theoretical foundation for further exploring the mechanism of circRNA regulating mammalian reproductive development.
