奶牛热应激的危害及营养调控研究进展

Research Progress on Harm and Nutritional Control of Heat Stress in Dairy Cows

由于全球变暖加剧和我国饲养管理体制不完善,奶牛夏季热应激问题已成为阻碍我国奶业健康发展的重要因素。热应激会导致奶牛采食量降低、泌乳功能和繁殖能力下降,还会引起瘤胃和肠道环境的改变,生产中常使用抗热应激添加剂来缓解奶牛热应激。本文概述了奶牛热应激带来的危害,总结了多种抗热应激添加剂的研究进展,以期为降低奶牛热应激的危害提供参考。

Due to the aggravation of global warming and the imperfection of my country's feeding and management system,the problem of heat stress of dairy cows in summer has become an important factor hindering the healthy development of my country's dairy industry.Heat stress can lead to reduce feed intake,decrease lactation function and reproductive performance,and also change rumen and intestinal environment.Anti-heat stress additives are often used in production to alleviate heat stress in dairy cows.This paper summarizes the harm caused by heat stress in dairy cows,and summarizes the research progress of various anti-heat stress additives,in order to provide reference for reducing the harm of heat stress in dairy cows.
