摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,对肉品质提出了更高要求,改善肉品质逐渐成为畜禽生产的重点之一。肌肽在畜禽生产中具有促进生长、改善肉品质等作用。肌肽可通过激活mTOR信号通路、调节Ca^(2+)转运、抗氧化、调节脂质代谢等多种途径调节机体活动。本文综述了肌肽的生理作用及其在不同畜禽生产中的应用研究进展,以期为肌肽的合理使用提供参考和依据。
With the improvement of living standards,people not only increase demand for livestock and poultry meat output,but also put forward higher requirements for meat quality.Improving meat quality has increasingly become the focus of livestock and poultry production.Carnosine can promote growth and improve meat quality in livestock and poultry production.Carnosine can regulate body activities by activating the mTOR signal pathway,regulating Ca^(2+)transport,anti-oxidation,and regulating lipid metabolism.This article reviews the physiological functions of carnosine and its application in different livestock and poultry production,in order to provide reference and basis for the rational use of carnosine.
