摘要
肌内脂肪(Intramuscular Fat,IMF)是指沉积在肌束间和肌细胞内的脂肪,其含量高低与畜产品肉质密切相关,IMF是培育生产优质畜产品的主要育种目标。IMF沉积是复杂的生物学过程,受多种调控元件的调控。近年来研究表明,非编码RNAs(non-coding RNAs,ncRNAs)是关键转录调控元件,在IMF沉积过程中发挥重要调控作用。本文简要介绍了IMF细胞的来源与分化、ncRNAs(微小RNA、长链非编码RNA和环状RNA)的作用机制,详细总结了近年ncRNAs在畜禽IMF沉积中的研究进展,并对ncRNAs在IMF沉积中的研究进行展望,以期为日后培育优质畜产品与分子育种研究提供理论基础和参考。
Intramuscular fat(IMF)refers to the fat deposited between muscle bundles and within muscle cells.Its content is closely related to the meat quality of animal products.IMF is the main breeding target to cultivate and produce high-quality animal products.Intramuscular fat deposition in animals are complex biological processes,which are regulated by multiple regulatory elements.Recent studies have shown that non-coding RNAs,as a key transcriptional regulatory elements,play an important regulatory role in the deposition of IMF.This review briefly introduced the origin and differentiation of intramuscular fat cells,the mechanism of ncRNAs(microRNAs,long non-coding RNAs and circular RNAs),and detail summarized the latest research progress of ncRNAs in intramuscular fat deposition of livestock and poultry,and put forward the research prospects of non-coding RNAs in intramuscular fat deposition of livestock and poultry,in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for future research on breeding high-quality livestock products and molecular breeding.
