小尾寒羊JAZF1基因多态性g.68263669G>A位点及其与产羔数的关联分析

摘要 为探究绵羊JAZF1基因g.68263669G>A位点的多态性及其与产羔数的关系,本研究利用Sequenom MassARRAY®SNP技术对362只小尾寒羊g.68263669G>A位点进行多态性检测。结果表明:JAZF1基因g.68263669G>A位点在小尾寒羊中存在AA、AG和GG 3种基因型。该位点与小尾寒羊产羔数关联分析结果表明:GG型个体产羔数显著高于AA型和AG型个体。经FecB分型后,本研究分析了JAZF1基因g.68263669G>A位点和FecB突变位点对小尾寒羊产羔数的协同效应,发现这2个位点对小尾寒羊产羔数存在协同效应。综上,绵羊JAZF1基因g.68263669G>A位点可能是提高绵羊产羔数的潜在的有效标记;该位点和FecB突变对产羔数有一定的协同效应。 In order to investigate the association between g.68263669G>A locus in JAZF1 gene and litter size in sheep,Sequenom MassARRAY®SNP assay was applied to identify the polymorphism of g.68263669G>A locus in 362 Small Tail Han ewes.The results showed that three genotypes including AA,AG and GG were identified at g.68263669G>A locus of JAZF1 gene in Small Tail Han sheep.The association analysis of g.68263669G>A locus with litter size in Small Tail Han sheep showed that the litter size with GG genotype was significantly higher than that with AA and GA genotypes(P<0.05).The present study analyzed the interaction effect between the g.68263669G>A locus of JAZF1 gene and FecB mutation on litter size in Small Tailed Han sheep after FecB genotyping.The result showed that an interactive effect existed between the two mutations.In summary,the g.68263669G>A locus of the JAZF1 gene may be an effective potential genetic marker to improve the litter size in sheep,and this locus and FecB mutation have a synergistic effect on the litter size.
