瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合二陈汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床研究

Clinical Study of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction Combined with Erchen Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation Period of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合二陈汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例。对照组用西医常规治疗,观察组用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合二陈汤治疗。结果:治疗后观察组不良反应发生率、白细胞数量与C反应蛋白低于对照组,肺功能、血气分析指标均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合二陈汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床疗效较好,不良反应少。

Objective:To observe the effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with Erchen Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group were treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with Erchen Decoction.Results:After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,the number of white blood cells and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the pulmonary function and blood gas analysis indexes were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with Erchen Decoction has better clinical efficacy and less adverse reactions in the treatment of acute exacerbation period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
