宁心通痹汤结合穴位贴敷治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

目的:观察穴位贴敷联合宁心通痹汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法:76例随机分为实验组和对照组各38例,对照组用西药治疗,实验组用穴位贴敷联合宁心通痹汤治疗。结果:治疗后两组心绞痛持续时间缩短、发作频率及硝酸甘油用量均降低,且实验组短于及低于对照组(P<0.05)。左室射血分数(LVEF)实验组高于对照组(P<0.05),左室舒张、收缩末期容积(LEDV、LESV)指标实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分较均降低,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷结合宁心通痹汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛可缓解心绞痛症状,降低中医证候积分,调节心功能水平。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint sticking combined with Ningxin Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:Seventy-six cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group were treated with western medicine,and the experimental group were treated with acupoint sticking combined with Ningxin Tongbi Decoction.Results:After treatment,the duration of angina pectoris was shortened.The frequency of attacks and the dosage of nitroglycerin were decreased,and the experimental group were shorter and lower than the control group(P<0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and left ventricular diastolic and end-systolic volumes(LEDV,LESV)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint sticking combined with Ningxin Tongbi Decoctioncould relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce the TCM syndrome score,and regulate the level of cardiac function in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
