针刺联合督脉灸治疗急性周围性面瘫临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Governor Vessel Moxibustion in Treatment of Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的:观察针刺联合督脉灸治疗急性周围性面瘫的效果。方法:60例分为对照组与治疗组各30例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予针刺配合督脉灸治疗。结果:治疗后H-B分级评分治疗组优于对照组,FDIP评分和FDIS评分治疗组优于对照组,总有效率治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合督脉灸治疗急性周围性面瘫疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion on the Governor Vessel in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with moxibustion on the Governor Vessel.Results:After treatment,H-B grading score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.FDIP score and FDIS score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with moxibustion on the Governor Vessel is effective in treating acute peripheral facial paralysis.
