中医特色护理及快速康复外科理念在痔疮围手术期护理中的应用

目的:观察中医特色护理及快速康复外科理念在痔疮围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法:120例随机分为3个观察组和1个对照组各30例。4组均行痔疮术后常规护理。中医特色护理组加用耳穴压豆和穴位贴敷。快速康复护理组加用快速康复外科理念。联合应用组加用中医特色护理联合快速康复外科理念。结果:中医特色护理联合快速康复外科理念的KPS和VAS评分均高于其它3组(P<0.05),与对照组和快速康复护理组的KPS和VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色护理联合快速外科康复理念对痔疮围手术期护理效果好。

Objective:To observe the application effect of TCM characteristic nursing and the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative nursing of hemorrhoids. Methods: A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into 3 observation groups and 1 control group, with 30 cases in each group. All 4 groups received routine nursing after hemorrhoids operation. The traditional Chinese medicine nursing group were treated with auricular pressure beans and acupoint sticking in addition. The rapid rehabilitation nursing group were treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in addition. The combined application group were treated with the concept of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with rapid rrehabilitation surgery in addition. Results: The KPS and VAS scores of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery group were higher than those of the other three groups(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the KPS and VAS scores of the control group and rapid rehabilitation nursing group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with the concept of rapid surgical rehabilitation has a good effect on the perioperative nursing of hemorrhoids.
