摘要
肠道黏膜是机体内环境与外界进行交流的媒介,也是机体发挥防御保护作用的第1道防线,其屏障功能完整性对于维持肠道稳态乃至机体健康至关重要。槲皮素是一种天然的黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗癌、抗菌等功能。研究发现,槲皮素可通过调节肠道微生物的组成、黏液层的厚度、肠上皮细胞紧密连接蛋白的表达、胆汁和抗菌肽的生成以及细胞因子的分泌来维护肠道内环境稳态和机体健康。本文主要综述槲皮素调节动物肠道黏膜屏障功能的作用机制,旨在为新型饲料添加剂的开发及其在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考。
The intestinal mucosa is the medium of communication between the internal body environment and outside world,and is the first line of host defense.Therefore,the integrity of intestinal mucosal barrier is essential for maintaining intestinal homeostasis and even host health.Quercetin is a natural flavonoids compound,which has anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-cancer and anti-bacterial functions.Researches showed that quercetin may maintain intestinal homeostasis and body health by regulating the composition of intestinal microbes,the thickness of mucus layer,the expression of tight junction proteins in intestinal epithelial cells,the production of bile and antimicrobial peptides,and the secretion of cytokine.The present study mainly reviewed the mechanism of quercetin regulating the intestinal mucosal barrier function in animals,this will provide a theoretical basis for developing new feed additives and their application in livestock and poultry production.
