ε-聚赖氨酸对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、肉品质、血清生化指标和肠道健康的影响 被引量:2

Effects ofε-Polylysine on Growth Performance,Meat Quality,Serum Biochemical Indices and Intestinal Health of Yellow Feathered Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加ε-聚赖氨酸(ε-PL)对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质、血清生化指标、肠道黏膜形态和氮代谢率的影响,以评价ε-PL在肉鸡生产中的应用效果。试验选用640羽健康且体重相近的1日龄雄性黄羽肉鸡,随机分为4个组,每组8个重复,每个重复20羽。空白对照组(CON组)肉鸡饲喂正常赖氨酸水平的基础饲粮,苯甲酸钠组(SB组)肉鸡饲喂在基础饲粮中添加500 mg/kg苯甲酸钠的试验饲粮,ε-PL组肉鸡饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加250(ε-PL1组)和500 mg/kg(ε-PL2组)的ε-PL的试验饲粮。试验期为10周。结果表明:1)与CON组和SB组相比,ε-PL1组和ε-PL2组肉鸡平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);饲粮中添加ε-PL对肉品质无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)与CON组和SB组相比,饲粮中添加ε-PL显著提高了血清总蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著降低了血清尿酸含量(P<0.05)。3)与CON组和SB组相比,ε-PL1组35和70日龄肉鸡回肠绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05),ε-PL2组70日龄肉鸡回肠绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加250和500 mg/kg的ε-PL可改善肉鸡肠道黏膜形态,增强肉鸡蛋白质的合成代谢,进而提高肉鸡的生长性能,且添加250 mg/kg的ε-PL效果最佳。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietaryε-polylysine(ε-PL)supplementation on growth performance,meat quality,serum biochemical indices,intestinal mucosa morphology and nitrogen metabolism of yellow feather broilers.A total of 640 one-day-old healthy male yellow feather broilers with similar weight were assigned to 4 groups with 8 replicates of 20 broilers.Broilers in control group(CON group)were fed a basal diet with normal lysine level,broilers in the preservative control group(SB group)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg sodium benzoate,and broilers in the experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 250(ε-PL1 group)and 500 mg/kgε-polylysine(ε-PL2 group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 10 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)compared with CON and SB groups,the average daily gain(ADG)of broilers inε-PL1 andε-PL2 groups significantly increased(P<0.05),and feed/gain ratio significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with CON and SB groups,addingε-PL in diets significantly increased the serum total protein content(P<0.05),and decreased significantly uric acid in serum of broilers(P<0.05).3)Compared with CON and SB groups,the ileal villous height of 35 and 70-day-old broilers inε-PL1 group significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ileal villous height of 70-day-old broilers inε-PL2 group significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with 250 and 500 mg/kgε-PL is beneficial to improve the intestinal mucosa morphology and the anabolism of protein,thus to improve the growth performance,and the optimal supplemental level ofε-PL in broilers’diets is 250 mg/kg.
