乳酸杆菌对肉鸡生长性能、消化酶活性和营养物质表观消化率的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Lactobacillus on Growth Performance,Digestive Enzyme Activities and Nutrient Apparent Digestibility of Broilers

摘要 本试验将类干酪乳杆菌(LPI)和植物乳杆菌(LPM)添加到肉鸡饲粮中,旨在研究其对肉鸡生长性能、消化酶活性和营养物质表观消化率的影响。随机选取1日龄雄性健康黄羽肉仔鸡480只,分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复15只。对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加1000 mg/kg的LPI(LPI组,活菌数3×10^(9) CFU/g)、1000 mg/kg的LPM(LPM组,活菌数3.5×10^(8) CFU/g)和2000 mg/kg的复合益生菌制剂(CL组,LPI活菌数1.5×10^(9) CFU/g,LPM活菌数1.75×10^(8) CFU/g)的试验饲粮。试验期为56 d。结果表明:与CON组相比,LPM组肉鸡末重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),28、56日龄胰腺淀粉酶活性和28日龄胰腺胰蛋白酶活性显著增加(P<0.05),54~56日龄有机物表观消化率和23~25日龄、54~56日龄粗蛋白质表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05);CL组54~56日龄粗蛋白质表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05);LPM组、CL组56日龄胰腺消化器官指数显著提高(P<0.05),56日龄空肠食糜淀粉酶活性和28日龄空肠食糜胰蛋白酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),28和56日龄血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05);LPI组、LPM组和CL组56日龄胰腺胰蛋白酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),56日龄空肠食糜胰蛋白酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加LPM和LPI均可提高消化酶活性,且LPM效果更佳,同时LPM具有提高肉鸡生长性能、消化器官发育和改善肉鸡有机物和粗蛋白质表观消化率,降低血清尿素氮含量的作用。此外,LPM和LPI复配未表现出协同益生效果。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum(LPM)and Lactobacillus casei(LPI)on growth performance,digestive enzyme activities and nutrient apparent digestibility of broilers.A total of 480 one-day-old healthy yellow feather broilers were randomly selected and classified into four groups,with eight replicates each group,each replicate contained 15 broilers.Control group(CON)was fed a basal diet,experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 1000 mg/kg LPI(LPI group,number of viable bacteria was 3×10^(9) CFU/g),1000 mg/kg LPM(LPM group,number of viable bacteria was 3.5×10^(8) CFU/g)and 2000 mg/kg complex-probiotic-preparation(CL group,number of viable bacteria LPI was 1.5×10^(9) CFU/g,number of viable bacteria LPM was 1.75×10^(8) CFU/g),respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 56 days.The results showed as follows:compared with CON group,LPM significantly increased the final weight and average daily gain(P<0.05),enhanced the 28 and 56 days of age amylase activities and 28 days of age trypsin activity of pancreatic(P<0.05),upregulated the apparent digestibilities of 54 to 56 days of age organic matter and 23 to 25 days of age and 54 to 56 days of age crude protein(P<0.05).Adding CL could improve the apparent digestibility of 54 to 56 days of age crude protein(P<0.05).LPM or CL increased 56 days of age pancreas index(P<0.05),enhanced the 56 days of age amylase activity and 28 days of age trypsin activity of jejunum chyme(P<0.05),and decreased the 28 and 56 days of age serum urea nitrogen content(P<0.05).Diet supplemented with LPI,LPM and CL could increase the 56 days of age trypsin activity of pancreatic chyme(P<0.05),and increased the 56 days of age trypsin activity of jejunal chyme(P<0.05).In conclusion,LPM and LPI added to the diet can improve the growth performance and digestive organ indexes,enhance digestive enzyme activities,increase the apparent digestibilities of nutrients,and decrease serum urea nitrogen content.And,data show that LPM has better effect on improving the growth and nutrient metabolism in broilers.The LPM or LPI combination shows no significant synergistic effects in this study.
