摘要
本试验旨在探究青贮玉米秸秆混合饲粮中添加不同比例碳酸氢钠对籽鹅生长性能、血清生化指标、屠宰性状和脏器指数的影响。试验选取4周龄籽鹅120只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。A、B、C和D组分别饲喂添加0、1%、2%和3%碳酸氢钠的青贮玉米秸秆混合饲粮,试验期40 d。结果显示:1)各组之间生长性能、屠宰性状和脏器指数差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)B和C组的血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于A和D组(P<0.05);D组的血清肌酸激酶(CK)活性显著高于B组(P<0.05);C和D组的血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著高于B组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,以生长性能、血清生化指标、屠宰性状和脏器指数为评价依据,籽鹅育成期饲粮中添加适量(干物质含量占饲粮比例在15.09%以下)青贮玉米秸秆时,没有必要添加碳酸氢钠。
This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of silage corn stalk mixed diet supplemented with different proportions of sodium bicarbonate on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,slaughter traits and viscera indexes of Zi geese.A total of 120 four-week-old Zi geese were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 10 geese per replicate.Geese in groups A,B,C and D were fed silage corn stalk mixed diets,in which sodium bicarbonate was supplemented at proportions of 0,1%,2%and 3%,respectively.The experiment lasted for 40 days.The results showed as follows:1)among 4 groups,there were no significant differences in the growth performance,slaughter traits and viscera indexes(P>0.05).2)Serum total protein(TP)content of groups B and C were significantly higher than those of groups A and D(P<0.05).Serum creatine kinase(CK)activity of group D was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Serum lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)activity of groups C and D were significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).It is concluded that,under these experimental conditions,based on the evaluation of growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,slaughter traits and viscera indexes of Zi geese,there is no need to add sodium bicarbonate when adding appropriate amount(dry matter content in the diet is less than 15.09%)of silage corn stalk in the diet of Zi geese during growing period.
