摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加姜黄素(CUR)对舍饲羔羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、能氮代谢和血清生化指标的影响。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,将48只体重[(20.89±1.15)kg]相近的4月龄左右的杜泊×小尾寒羊杂交1代公羔随机分为4组,每组12只。各组分别在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、300(300CUR组)、600(600CUR组)、900 mg/kg(900CUR组)CUR。试验期90 d,其中预试期15 d,饲养试验60 d,消化代谢试验15 d。结果表明:1)300CUR组和600CUR组终末体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),300CUR组平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),300CUR组料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组和600CUR组(P<0.05)。以1~60 d总增重为评价指标,通过回归分析得出饲粮中CUR适宜添加量为487.5 mg/kg。2)300CUR组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)300CUR组沉积氮和氮表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)300CUR组甲烷能显著低于对照组(P<0.05),300CUR组和600CUR组消化能和代谢能显著高于对照组(P<0.05),300CUR组总能代谢率显著高于对照组和900CUR组(P<0.05)。5)300CUR组血清甘油三酯含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),600CUR组血清一氧化氮合酶活性显著低于对照组、300CUR组和900CUR组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加CUR可提高舍饲羔羊NDF表观消化率和氮代谢、能量代谢水平,降低血清甘油三酯含量,从而促进生长性能。通过回归分析得出,饲粮中CUR适宜添加量为487.5 mg/kg。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary curcumin(CUR)on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,energy and nitrogen metabolism and serum biochemical indices of barn feeding lambs.A single-factor completely randomized experimental design was adopted,and forty-eight 4-month-old Dorper×Thin-Tailed Han F 1 hybrid male lambs with similar body weight[(20.89±1.15)kg]were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 lambs in each group.Lambs in 4 groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 0(CON),300(300CUR group),600(600CUR group)and 900 mg/kg(900CUR group)CUR,respectively.The experiment lasted for 90 days,the pre-experiment period was 15 days,the feeding experiment was 60 days,and the digestion and metabolism experiment was 15 days.The results showed as follows:1)the final body weight of 300CUR group and 600CUR group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the average daily gain(ADG)of 300CUR group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio(F/G)of 300CUR group was significantly lower than that of control group and 600CUR group(P<0.05).According to the total weight gain during 1 to 60 d as the evaluation index,the dietary optimal supplemental level of CUR was 487.5 mg/kg by regression analysis.2)The neutral detergent fiber(NDF)apparent digestibility of 300CUR group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)The nitrogen deposition,apparent digestibility of nitrogen of 300CUR group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).4)The methane energy of 300CUR group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the digestible energy and metabolic energy of 300CUR group and 600CUR group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the gross energy metabolic rate of 300CUR group was significantly higher than that of control group and 900CUR group(P<0.05).5)The serum triglyceride content of 300CUR group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum nitric oxide synthase activity of 600CUR group was significantly lower than that of control group,300CUR group and 900CUR group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary CUR can improve the NDF apparent digestibility,energy metabolism and nitrogen metabolism of barn feeding lambs,decrease the serum triglyceride content,and promote the growth performance.The dietary optimal supplemental level of CUR is 487.5 mg/kg by regression analysis.
