摘要
本试验旨在研究金银花提取物对热应激奶山羊生产性能、乳成分、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响。试验选取30只产奶量、胎次、体重相近的泌乳期萨能奶山羊,随机分为3组,每组10只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加1.4(Ⅰ组)和2.8 g/kg DM(Ⅱ组)金银花提取物。预试期7 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,Ⅰ组热应激奶山羊的直肠温度和呼吸频率显著降低(P<0.05)。2)饲粮中添加金银花提取物对热应激奶山羊的干物质采食量、产奶量、乳糖率、乳脂率、乳蛋白率及乳中体细胞数和尿素氮、总固形物含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)饲粮中添加金银花提取物对热应激奶山羊血清总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸含量及谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组热应激奶山羊血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和总抗氧化能力显著增加(P<0.05);Ⅱ组热应激奶山羊血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著增加(P<0.05)。综上所述,金银花提取物虽然对热应激奶山羊的生产性能无显著影响,但可降低直肠温度和呼吸频率,提高抗氧化能力,有效缓解奶山羊热应激。在本试验条件下,饲粮中金银花提取物适宜的添加量为1.4 g/kg DM。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of honeysuckle extract on performance,milk composition,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of heat-stressed dairy goats.Thirty lactating Saanen dairy goats with similar milk yield,parity and body weight were randomly assigned to 3 groups with 10 goats per group.Goats in the control group were fed a basal diet,while other in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 1.4(groupⅠ)and 2.8 g/kg DM(groupⅡ)honeysuckle extract,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 35 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the rectal temperature and respiratory rate of heat-stressed dairy goats of groupⅠwere significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Dietary supplemented with honeysuckle extract had no significant effects on dry matter intake,milk yield,lactose rate,milk fat rate,milk protein rate and milk somatic cell count,urea nitrogen and total solids contents of heat-stressed dairy goats(P>0.05).3)Dietary supplemented with honeysuckle extract had no significant effects on total protein,albumin,glucose,cholesterol,triglyceride,nonestesterified fatty acid contents and alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase activities in serum of heat-stressed dairy goats(P>0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the serum malondialdehyde content of heat-stressed dairy goats of groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum glutathione peroxidase activity and total antioxidant capacity were significantly increased(P<0.05);the serum superoxide dismutase activity of heat-stressed dairy goats of groupⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05).In summary,although honeysuckle extract has no significant effect on the performance of heat-stressed dairy goats,it can decrease the rectal temperature and respiratory rate,improve the antioxidant capacity and effectively relieve the heat stress of dairy goats.Under the conditions of this experiment,the dietary appropriate addition amount of honeysuckle extract is 1.4 g/kg DM.
