盐角草提取物对绵羊瘤胃发酵参数及营养物质表观消化率的影响

摘要 本试验旨在探讨盐角草提取物对绵羊瘤胃发酵参数及营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验选取3.5月龄左右、体况良好的阿勒泰羊(公羊)60只,随机分为4组(每组5个重复,每个重复3只羊),分别饲喂基础饲粮(不添加盐角草提取物,对照组),基础饲粮+0.2%盐角草提取物(0.2%组)、基础饲粮+0.4%盐角草提取物(0.4%组)、基础饲粮+0.6%盐角草提取物(0.6%组),基础饲粮精粗比为65∶35。预试期11 d,正试期45 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,0.6%组瘤胃液丁酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),瘤胃液乙酸、丙酸、总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。2)与对照组相比,0.6%组干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、总能(GE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)及酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率极显著升高(P<0.01),粗蛋白质(CP)表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加盐角草提取物能够降低绵羊瘤胃液TVFA含量,有助于改善DM、OM、CP、GE、NDF及ADF表观消化率,以饲粮中添加0.6%的盐角草提取物效果较好。 The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of Salicornia europaea L.extract on rumen fermentation parameters and nutrient apparent digestibility of sheep.Sixty Altay rams(male)about 3.5-month-old with good body condition were randomly divided into 4 groups(5 replicates in each group and 3 sheep in each replicate),and fed the basal diet(not added Salicornia europaea L.extract,control group),basal diet+0.2%Salicornia europaea L.extract(0.2%group),basal diet+0.4%Salicornia europaea L.extract(0.4%group)and basal diet+0.6%Salicornia europaea L.extract(0.6%group),respectively.The concentrate-to-rough ratio of basal diet was 65∶35.The pre-trial period was 11 days,and the trial period was 45 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the content of butyric acid in rumen fluid of 0.6%group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the contents of acetate,propionate and total volatile fatty acids(TVFA)in rumen fluid was significantly decreased(P<0.01).2)Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM),gross energy(GE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of 0.6%group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the crude protein(CP)apparent digestibility significantly increased(P<0.05).In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,the addition of Salicornia europaea L.extract in diet can reduce the content of TVFA in rumen fluid of sheep,and help to improve the apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP,GE,NDF and ADF,the effect of adding 0.6%Salicornia europaea L.extract in diet is better.
