摘要
为了强化学生对固体废物资源化利用和石油污染土壤生物修复的理解,设置了污泥基生物炭固定化微生物修复石油污染土壤教学实验,旨在使学生掌握污泥基生物炭及其固定化微生物的制备方法、石油污染土壤修复方法及观测指标测定方法,学会数据分析和处理方法,提高解决实际问题能力和开展创新实验能力。该文研究了污泥基生物炭固定化微生物修复石油污染土壤过程中总石油烃、土壤理化性质、微生物数量、酶活性的变化,分析了各因素之间的关系和污染物质组成的变化。
In order to strengthen students’ understanding of the resource utilization of solid waste and the bioremediation of oil contaminated soil, a teaching experiment of sludge based biochar immobilized microorganisms for the remediation of oil contaminated soil is set up, which aims to enable students to master the preparation methods of sludge based biochar and its immobilized microorganisms, the remediation methods of oil contaminated soil and the measurement methods of observation indicators, and learn data analysis and processing methods,improve the ability to solve practical problems and carry out innovative experiments. This paper studied the changes of total petroleum hydrocarbons, soil physical and chemical properties, microbial number and enzyme activity in the process of bioremediation of oil contaminated soil by immobilized microorganisms on sludge based biochar, and analyzed the relationship between various factors and the changes of pollutant composition.
