摘要
近年来,在校企合作、产教融合、工学结合、知行合一等先进职业教育理念的引领下,我国高职院校产教融合的政策体系不断完善,办学条件不断改善,教育教学能力不断提升。但受体制机制等多种因素影响,产教融合、校企合作仍然存在校企双方的培养目标不统一、产教融合的体制机制不健全和“双主体”的培养模式不明确等问题。针对我国高职院校产教融合的现状和困境,创新构建了以产业学院为载体的“三融合、六共同、三维度”的产教融合模式,该模式能够通过强化文化融合、行为同步和维度贯通建立一种校企深度合作的长效机制。
In recent years, under the guidance of advanced vocational education concepts such as school-enterprise cooperation, integration of industry and education, combination of work and learning, and unity of knowledge and action, the policy system of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in China has been continuously improved, the conditions for running schools and the educational and teaching ability have been continuously improved. However, due to the influence of various factors such as system and mechanism, there are still some problems in the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation such as the inconsistency of training objectives between schools and enterprises, the imperfect system and mechanism of the integration of industry and education, and the unclear training mode of “dual subject”. In view of the current situation and predicament of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in China, an industry-education integration mode of “three integration, six commons and three dimensions” with the industrial college as the carrier is innovatively constructed. This mode can establish a long-term mechanism of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises by strengthening cultural integration, behavior synchronization and dimension connection.
