基于多元指标融合的高校大型仪器设备开放共享效益评价

Benefit evaluation of open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities based on multi index fusion

对高校大型仪器设备开放共享效益进行科学评价,可以促进开放共享工作的良性发展。该文在深入研究开放共享效益评价多因素耦合作用关系的基础上,首先确定了效益评价的6类主要影响因素,然后对各类因素进行量化以及消除量纲差异并计算其权重,进而构建效益评价的多元指标融合模型,最后以某高校典型大型仪器设备开放共享工作为例,应用该模型开展效益评价,结果显示评价模型更能体现不同仪器设备自身特点的差异性,体现了其多因素耦合作用关系,评价结果更科学。

Scientific evaluation of the benefits of open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities can promote the benign development of open sharing. Based on the in-depth study of the multi factor coupling relationship of open sharing benefit evaluation, this paper first determines 6 main influencing factors of benefit evaluation, and then quantizes various factors, eliminates dimensional differences and calculates their weights, and then constructs a multi-index fusion model for benefit evaluation. Finally, taking the open sharing work of typical large-scale instruments and equipment in a university as an example, the model is applied to carry out benefit evaluation. The results show that the evaluation model can better reflect the differences of the characteristics of different instruments and equipment, reflect the multi factor coupling relationship, and the evaluation results are more scientific.
