多案例视角下我国传统酒店向体育酒店转型的现状梳理与经验启示

Current Situation Combing and Experience Enlightenment of the Transformation from Traditional Hotels to Sports Hotels in China from the Perspective of Multiple Cases

采用个案分析、文献资料等研究方法,对玉泉森信乒乓球酒店、登封禅武大酒店、宜博电竞酒店、亚朵S虎扑篮球酒店、唐山南湖足球酒店、So Cool滑雪主题酒店等12家代表性体育酒店进行案例解析,总结了我国传统酒店向体育酒店转型的经验启示。研究发现,理念重塑助力品牌转型、元素设计助力载体建设、数字赋能助力组织创新、资源整合助力功能提升、人才驱动助力服务升级是我国传统酒店向体育酒店转型的主要举措。并提出转变发展理念,突出品牌特色;融入优势项目,明确功能定位;推动技术升级,提升运营能力;强化资源整合,完善服务功能;实施人才战略,提升服务水平等我国传统酒店向体育酒店转型的经验启示。

Using the research methods of case analysis and literature, this paper analyzes 12 representative sports hotels, such as Yuquan senxin table tennis Hotel, Dengfeng chanwu Hotel, Yibo E-sports Hotel, Yaduo S Hupu basketball Hotel, Tangshan Nanhu football Hotel and so cool ski theme hotel, and summarizes the experience and Enlightenment of the transformation from traditional hotels to sports hotels in China. The study found that the main measures of the transformation from traditional hotels to sports hotels in China is that concept remodeling helps brand transformation, element design helps carrier construction, digital empowerment helps organization innovation, resource integration helps function improvement, and talent driven service upgrading. Propose to convert the development idea and stick out the brand distinguishing feature;Integrate advantageous projects and clarify the functional positioning;Promote technology upgrading and improve operation capacity;Strengthen resource integration and improve service functions;The implementation of talent strategy and the improvement of service level are important enlightenment from the transformation of China’s traditional hotels to sports hotels.
