新时代我国学校体育“四位一体”目标的理论意旨与践行之道 被引量:5

摘要 运用文献资料法,对“享受乐趣、增强体质、健全人格、锤炼意志”“四位一体”目标进行研究,期许促进对“四位一体”目标的理解与落实,更好地开展学校体育教育教学改革。结论:(1)“四位一体”目标是新时代我国学校体育改革发展的新要求和新方向;(2)“四位一体”目标针砭时弊,内涵丰富,科学严谨,层次分明,逻辑缜密。(3)贯彻“四位一体”目标有助于理解学校体育“立德树人”的新定位和完成“立德树人”的任务;有助于培养社会主义的合格建设者和可靠接班人;有助于培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人;有助于实现“健康中国2030规划纲要”中的学生体质健康目标。建议:践行“四位一体”目标要处理好目标中的整体与部分的关系;处理好育体与育心的关系;处理好体育锻炼中的成功与挫折的关系;处理好体育课与课外体育的关系。 This paper studies the “quaternity” target by literature methods, in order to promote the understanding of “quaternity” goal and carry out the school physical education teaching reform. Conclusion:(1) The goal of “quaternity” is the new requirement and new direction of the reform and development of school physical education in China in the new era.(2) The goal of “quaternity” criticizes the current problems, with rich connotation, scientific rigor, distinct hierarchy and careful logic.(3) Carrying out the goal of “quaternity” is helpful to understand the new position of “morality cultivation” and to complete the task of it. It is helpful to train qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism. It will help train new people to take on the great task of national rejuvenation. It is helpful to achieve the students’ physical health goals in the “Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline”. Suggestions: pratice the “quaternity” goal should handle the relationship between the whole and parts of the “quaternity” goal well. Deal with the relationship between nurturing body and nurturing mind. handle the relationship between success and frustration in physical exercise. handle the relationship between physical education class and extracurricular physical exercise well.
