摘要
高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia, HUA)及其合并症严重危害健康,肥胖与HUA具有极高的关联性。通过文献资料法总结了运动防治肥胖合并高尿酸血症患者研究现状,研究表明,运动对机体尿酸(UA)的代谢生成、脂肪消耗、胰岛素抵抗等问题产生良性影响,但关于运动对肥胖合并HUA患者干预疗效的研究较少。本文梳理HUA的成因和机制、HUA与肥胖的相关性、运动对肥胖合并HUA防治的最新进展、肥胖和HUA与氧化应激研究现状,并予以展望,旨在为肥胖合并HUA防治提供参考。
Hyperuricemia(HUA) and its complications are serious health hazards. Obesity is highly correlated with HUA. Studies have shown that exercise has a benign effect on the metabolism of uric acid(UA), fat consumption, insulin resistance and other problems in the body, but there are few studies on the intervention efficacy of exercise in obese patients with HUA. In this paper, the causes and mechanisms of HUA, the correlation between HUA and obesity, the latest progress of exercise in the prevention and treatment of obesity complicated with HUA, and the research status of obesity, HUA and oxidative stress are summarized and prospected, aiming to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of obesity complicated with HUA.
