腹膜透析患者生活质量和社会支持的相关性及影响因素

Correlation and influencing factors of quality of life and social support in peritoneal dialysis patients

目的探讨腹膜透析(PD)患者生存质量与社会支持之间的关系。方法2019年7月—2020年7月采用一般资料问卷、健康状况调查问卷、社会支持评定量表,对乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院肾病科住院的207例腹膜透析患者进行问卷调查。结果患者生活质量总分为481.70±119.19分、社会支持总分为39.44±6.02分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,PD患者的生活质量与社会支持总分成正相关关系(r=0.140,P=0.044)。单因素及多因素性线性逐步回归分析显示,社会支持、学历、医疗保障形式是患者生活质量的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论本研究中患者生存质量处于低水平,社会支持现状处于中等水平,患者的生活质量与社会支持呈正相关关系。

Objective To explore the relationship between quality of life and social support in patients with peritoneal dialysis(PD).Methods From July 2019 to July 2020,a total of 207 peritoneal dialysis patients in the department of nephrology in a Class III Grade A hospital in Urumqi were investigated with the general information questionnaire,health status questionnaire and social support rating scale.Results The total score of quality of life was 481.70±119.19 points,and the total score of social support was 39.44±6.02 points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the quality of life of PD patients was positively correlated with total score of social support(r=0.140,P=0.044).Univariate and multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that social support,education background and medical insurance form were the infl uencing factors of patients'quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,the quality of life of patients was at a low level,and the status of social support was at a medium level.The patients'quality of life was positively correlated with social support.
