远程医疗在老年高血压管理中的研究进展

Developments on telemedicine in management of senile hypertension

原发性高血压是老年人最常见的慢性病之一,也是急性心脑血管疾病最常见的危险因素。远程医疗作为新型的高血压管理模式,在高血压患者的用药依从性及高血压控制率中发挥了重要的作用。现综述远程医疗的概念、优势及远程医疗在老年人高血压管理中的应用现状,并提出加快远程医疗管理模式发展的建议。

Essential hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases in the elderly,and it is also the most common risk factor of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.As a new hypertension manage-ment model,telemedicine plays an important role in medication compliance and hypertension control rate of pa-tients with hypertension.This paper summarizes telemedicine and its concept in the management of senile hyper-tension,the application status of telemedicine in the management of senile hypertension and the suggestions to speed up the development of telemedicine management model.
