课程体系是人才培养质量的基本保障,岗位标准有着检验人才培养质量与人才就业筛选的双重功效。目前中国康复治疗技术专业课程体系一致性不够,制约着人才培养目标与规格的实现,影响着健康中国战略的高效实施。比照康复治疗岗位标准,重构康复治疗技术专业课程体系,重组教学内容,编写整合性教材,是保障人才培养质量的基本前提。

The curriculum system is the basic guarantee for the quality of talent training.The post standard has the dual effect of testing the quality of talent training and talent employment screening.At present,the curricu-lum system of rehabilitation technology specialty in China is not consistent enough,which restricts the realization of talent training objectives and specifications,and affects the efficient implementation of healthy China strategy.The basic premise of ensuring the quality of talent training is to reconstruct the curriculum system of rehabilita-tion technology specialty,reorganize the teaching content and compile integrated teaching materials according to the post standards of rehabilitation treatment.
