乡村振兴视域下的郴州水资源治理研究

Research on Water Resources Management in Chenzhou from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

郴州市境内水系发达,水资源丰富。在工业化、城市化进程加快背景下,郴州的城乡水资源生态遭受了破坏,部分区域水质下降,对人民的美好生活带来了影响。其原因多种多样,既与趋利思想主导的矿山开采有关,也与人民生态意识淡薄有关,还与水治理体系不完善,治理有效性有待提升有关。在乡村振兴背景下,坚持可持续利用与绿色发展理念,在整体治理视域下,构建一个科学、完善的治理体系,可为郴州水资源生态保护提供可借鉴的模式。

There are rich water resources inside Chenzhou City.Under the background of industrialization and urbanization,the water resource ecology has been suffering damage,and the water quality in some areas has been declined,which has affected people’s life.There are various reasons for this,such as mining dominated by profit-seeking ideology,weak ecological awareness of the people,imperfect water management system,ineffectiveness of somewater governing measures and so on.Adhering to the concept of sustainable utilization and green development and constructing a scientific and perfect management system from the perspective of rural revitalization and overall governance can provide a reference model for the ecological protection of water resources in Chenzhou.
