肠道病毒受体的研究进展

摘要 肠道病毒是儿童感染的重要病原体,可引起手足口病、疱疹性咽峡炎、脊髓灰质炎、肺炎、脑膜炎、脑炎和新生儿脓毒症等多种疾病,严重威胁儿童生命健康。近年来,受体作为肠道病毒感染的重要宿主因子备受关注,其对肠道病毒感染致病机制研究具有重要作用。本文对目前报道的肠道病毒受体及其分子结构和功能进行综述。 Enteroviruses(EVs)are important pathogens of infection in children.They cause hand,foot and mouth disease,herpetic angina,poliomyelitis,pneumonia,meningitis,encephalitis,and neonatal sepsis,thereby threatening the life of children.As host factors playing important parts in the pathogenesis of EV infection,cell receptors for EV infection have attracted attention in recent years.We summarize the EV receptors reported so far and their functions.
