摘要
制造业正在向智能化方向转变,智能虚拟生产线已广泛应用于各种产品生产仿真过程中,用于分析实际生产线规划方案的可行性,可以极大地节约生产成本,缩短研发周期。为了解决现有的智能虚拟生产线不能真实映射物理生产线特征、设备加工过程不直观及虚拟调试操作复杂等问题,本文结合数字孪生技术对智能虚拟生产线与调试系统进行了研究,详细介绍了搭建数字孪生智能虚拟生产线和虚拟调试系统设计的关键技术,并以设计实例进行验证。实验结果表明,本文提出的设计方案能够快速实现智能虚拟生产线的设计与调试,同时方便观察智能虚拟生产线加工过程,为智能制造生产线的设计打下坚实基础。
With the manufacturing industry is changing in the direction of intelligent,the intelligent virtual production line is widely used in the production simulation process of various products to analyze the feasibility of the actual production line planning scheme,which can greatly save the production cost and shorten the development cycle.However,the existing intelligent virtual production line has the following problems:it cannot faithfully map the characteristics of the physical production line,the equipment processing is not intuitive,and the virtual debugging operation is complex.In order to solve the above problems,the intelligent virtual production line and debugging system combined with digital twin technology is studied.The key technologies of building digital twin intelligent virtual production line and virtual debugging system are introduced in detail,and the design examples are given and verified.The experimental results show that the proposed design scheme can quickly realize the design and debugging of intelligent virtual production line,and facilitate the observation of intelligent virtual production line processing,which lays a solid foundation for the design of intelligent manufacturing production line.
